What happens in this process
In blown film the melt is inflated into a thin bubble and cooled quickly, so any moisture in the material or instability in processing shows up fast as bubbles or spots. After winding the layers can block together, and outdoors the color can fade. Each defect traces back to a different stage — material, processing, or winding and storage.
