Slide movement along the transducer body
This MIRAN LF slide transducer has a 100cm measuring stroke. The body is fixed alongside the travel axis, and the slide moves along it with the attached part. The reading follows the slide's position. This arrangement needs room for the body along the axis and an attachment connecting the slide to the part whose movement is being measured.

The one-metre stroke and measuring details
Model LF-1000MM has a 1000mm stroke, 15kΩ resistance and 0.05%FS linearity. Resistance informs the connection to the measuring input, while linearity describes consistency between slide position and the reading. For a replacement, compare these values with the controller input and the existing transducer's details, alongside the axis travel measured in the machine.
Checking the slide position
A 100cm stroke needs a path for the slide attachment between the axis endpoints. Body length and fixing positions form part of the installation space; stroke describes the measuring travel.
